Full Plan Details
Plan information includes targets, TRP's, R&F, costs, number of units, lengths, sizes, etc. The database provides resolution down to the weekly level.

Accurate Monthly and Weekly Reports
Data can be accurately reported on a weekly or monthly basis. The database breaks down weeks that fall into two months for accurate reporting.

Plan Versions and Actuals
For each media plan, the system keeps copies of all previous versions for comparison. Actuals (post-buys) for each plan are also stored with full detail and are easily compared to plans.

Protection from Retroactive Changes
Once part of a plan has been executed, no changes are allowed to that week or month to ensure accountability against results. |

Flowchart Display
The application dynamically builds flowcharts from information in the database. Campaigns for different media, brands, geographies or years can be stacked for easy visual comparison in a familiar "media flowchart" format. Media activity can be easily compared to sales/share results if available in the database. Information in the flowcharts can also be displayed in table format.
